UCLA Student Health Education and Promotion (SHEP)

#BruinsUplift is an initiative that strives to send positive messages to students during Finals Week, one of the most stressful times of the school year. The initiative consists of erecting signs with positive affirmations, stress-management tips, encouraging messages, and additional resources (offered through QR codes) in order to foster a more supportive and less stressful environment on campus. Signs are posted in various campus locations and inside UCLA shuttle buses to help communicate to students that they are seen, heard, and understood. Students are encouraged to take a selfie picture with messages that resonate with them and share it with the tag, #BruinsUplift.
